Alright guys, We’ve got a super cute blog coming at you today! Allyson and Evan (who’s love story began in middle school!!!) started dating 7 years ago on April 18th. After a romantic spa day They got engaged two years ago on April 18th. And last Thursday, these two lovebirds wed, and became husband and wife on their 7 year anniversary, you guessed it… April 18th!!! Their wedding kicked off our 2019 Wedding Season and it was the perfect way to start off!

 

We loved every second of their Genoa Lakes Golf Course Wedding! Allyson and Evan made their wedding day so unique to them and their love story! As you entered the reception venue, the entrance was sprinkled with photos of Allyson and Evan’s relationship dating all the way back to their teenage years in highschool! Spoiler Alert: The photos included what We are going to start referring to as “Allyson’s famous braces!” If you need a refresher about the adorable braces story, a few weeks back we posted a blog about Allyson and Evan’s Engagement Session! Their love story dates back to middle school and it is seriously the cutest!!

 

Perhaps one our favorite moments of the day was when Allyson’s grandfather played and sang a song on the piano for her. (I know, tears. Literal tears in my eyes as I witnessed this.) As I turned around, I noticed Allyson’s mother, Desiree crying as she watched her father sing to her daughter on her wedding day. Watching them reminded me how truly lucky We are to capture these moments for our clients.

 

That moment, was absolutely a once in a lifetime moment.

 

With the help of an incredible team, the day was as smooth as it was beautiful! From the gorgeous Florals by Sunshine and Moonbeams to the elegant Tablescapes by Elevated Events, it was truly a beautiful day from start to finish!

 

Allyson & Evan, We are so inspired by you two. As your family spoke of, and We have been lucky enough to witness, you both adore the other. Your love and energy is absolutely infectious. Thank you for letting us photograph the biggest milestone of the first 7 years of your relationship! We can’t wait to see what the next 7..25..75 years brings for you!
