Probably one of the coolest moments of our 2019 Wedding Season was photographing Jazmyn and Josh’s Rustic Barn Engagement Session! I have known Jazmyn since I was in the first grade! We went through elementary, middle and the first two years of high school together! (Holy smokes that makes me feel old!!!)

Before this session, We hadn’t seen each other in almost 10 years!! So being able to reconnect with an old friend as well as photograph one of the biggest milestones of Her life was such a huge honor!! And the most amazing part was that it felt as if no time had passed! We felt like We had been transported back to our 16 year old bodies in high school and it was amazing!

We knew this adorable rustic barn would be the perfect location for their Engagement Session! The tall green grass had the perfect juxtaposition to the red barn. And of course, you know We had to the end the session with some dreamy open field shots as the sun set. The entire shoot was just perfection!

And these two made it so easy!!! Jazmyn and Josh have the kind of love that speaks volumes. A type of love that is pure and real and so inspiring. They share a love that exists in its purest form and watching them interact with one another through our lens made that so apparent. Just by spending about 90 minutes at their Engagement Session with them, We were able to see how truly happy these two make one another. Their laughter is absolutely contagious and their energy is infectious!!
