A Lake Tahoe Forest Engagement Session // Audrey & Brian

 

Let’s talk about love. Love can be a fast burn or a slow simmer. It can be born out of friendship or can rush towards us at a 100 mph. Love can exist in so many different and incredible ways and for these two, their love includes a truly romantic and impulsive proposal story!

Audrey and Brian’s Proposal Story is as romantic and impulsive as you can get! Audrey and Brian had been dating for almost 3 years. They had planned a fun and relaxing trip to Los Angeles to enjoy all things Los Angeles; great food, shopping, beautiful weather, gorgeous beaches! Little did Audrey know that this weekend would be even more exciting than She could have ever imagined!

Brian had known He wanted to marry Audrey for a while. In fact, the only reason He had not previously proposed was because Brian’s love and determination to be able to provide for his future family. On the Friday before they were supposed to leave on their trip, the stars aligned. Brian had an interview for his dream job and He left the interview on cloud nine. It hadn’t been confirmed yet, but He knew He had gotten the job. He left the interview and drove straight to a jewelry store in Lake Tahoe.

He purchased the ring.

And on a beautiful evening at sunset on Manhattan Beach, Brian got down on one knee and proposed to Audrey!!

2 years and 8 months later, they were ENGAGED!!!

Audrey and Brian are our family and being able to photograph this milestone in their lives is such an honor! This beautiful field in South Lake Tahoe was just the dreamiest location to celebrate these two and this new chapter in their lives! We can hardly wait for their Wedding in September!
