Lake Tahoe Winter Engagement Session / Sarah & Brian

“Ive got your love to keep me warm”

Falling in love happens differently for every single person. Some couples require time for the fire of love to slowly burn stronger and stronger. For others, it is an instant moment that overwhelms and consumes us. For Sarah & Brian, that moment was their very first date. After a little convincing from Brian to go on their first date as “friends,” Sarah & Brian ventured on their romantic evening which included a dinner, a movie, and a beautiful walk through Discovery Park. (Well done Brian!!!) That night, Brian completely swept Sarah off her feet. Consequently, the girl who wasn’t looking for a relationship at the time, told us that she completely and undeniably fell in love with him during that walk.

Before we continue the rest of their love story, let’t take a moment to transport our minds back to the time where cell phones still flipped open. Yes, you read that correctly. Remember when you had to press the number 2 button three times to type the letter “C?” We’re talking THOSE days!

Ok, fast forward back to their adorable date! As Sarah & Brian walked romantically through Discovery Park they suddenly found themselves surrounded by none other than a group of skunks! So now, they are on a first date, surrounded by skunks, with no cell phones to even provide a flash light in the darkness!!! And you know what…? It was complete and utter perfection. The dynamic duo somehow escaped the skunk escapades without being sprayed and proceeded to run through the  tall grass laughing until their bellies hurt. And they have been together ever since, fitting together like two perfect pieces!

Brandon & I  were so excited to take their Engagement Photos at beautiful Lake Tahoe. The lake, the weather, the sunset were all perfect for their shoot! It truly doesn’t matter the season, Tahoe is just one of the most beautiful and romantic settings there is!

In conclusion, Sarah & Brian, We can’t wait until your Wedding Day this summer! Counting the days!!
